Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur · Est. 2021

The space between well and unwell is where we work.

You feel tired but your results come back normal. You've finished treatment but you don't feel recovered. You're not ill enough for a hospital, yet you're a long way from well. That gap is exactly what this centre was built for.

Praana Assist vitals

Six core readings in a single fifteen-minute scan

You sit back in the chair and the unit records your core vital signs in one pass. Nothing is invasive and nothing is drawn. You leave with a printed summary you can keep or hand to your own doctor.

No needles15 minutesPrinted summary
  • Heart rate How hard your heart is working at rest.
  • Blood pressure Systolic and diastolic, taken from the cuff.
  • Respiratory rate How many breaths you take each minute.
  • Body temperature Your core reading at the time of the scan.
  • Blood oxygen SpO₂, the oxygen saturation in your blood.
  • ECG A trace of your heart's electrical rhythm.

Our approach

Medicine that restores rather than suppresses

Conventional medicine is exceptional at treating disease. It is far less equipped to deal with the long middle ground — the fatigue, the slow recovery, the sense that something is off. We work in that middle ground, using functional and regenerative medicine to support what your body is already trying to do.

Nothing here replaces your doctor. Everything here is designed to sit alongside them.

Our story

What guides us

Four things we hold to

Root cause, not just symptoms

We start by understanding why you feel the way you do, then build a plan around that rather than around a single complaint.

Alongside your doctor, never instead

Everything we offer is designed to complement hospital and specialist care. We will always encourage you to keep your medical team informed.

Non-invasive by preference

Wherever there is a gentler route to the same goal, we take it. Most of what we do involves no surgery and no downtime.

One team, one plan

A medical officer, an in-house nurse and our therapists work from the same notes, so nothing about your care is fragmented.

Treatments

Three areas of practice

From a single restorative infusion through to advanced cellular programmes. Every plan begins with a consultation, and nothing is recommended that you don't need.

What clients tell us

★★★★★

I received a phone call back in April and decided to come here with a bit of doubt. When I came here, Ms Vanessa explained that they have treatments that could help support my condition. I was still cautious at first but decided to give it a try. That's why I decided to write this review. Thank you Ms Vanessa & Mr Ethan and of course Earl Claytont.

It's our first time to get treatment for my Mom. Their service was superb, all the staff are so friendly and always take good care.

Questions

The things people ask us most

Do I need a referral to come and see you?
No. Most clients contact us directly and we begin with a consultation. If you are already under the care of a doctor or specialist, we will ask you to keep them informed. Everything we do is designed to sit alongside your existing medical care, not to replace it.
What happens at a first appointment?
You will spend time with our medical officer going through your history, your current concerns and any recent test results you have. From there we will set out what we think would help and what it would involve. Nothing is started on the first visit unless you are comfortable and it is clinically appropriate.
Is intravenous therapy safe?
Intravenous nutrient therapy is well established and generally well tolerated. Every infusion at the centre is reviewed by our medical officer beforehand, prepared under sterile conditions and administered by our in-house nurse, who stays with you throughout. We will tell you honestly if a particular formulation is not appropriate for you.
How long does a session take?
An infusion is usually 45 to 90 minutes. Non-invasive therapies run from 20 to 60 minutes. Meridian massage is 60 or 90 minutes. Most clients combine two treatments in a single visit, so plan for around two hours.
What does it cost?
Cost depends entirely on which programme suits you, and that is not something we can determine responsibly before meeting you. Speak to us and we will give you clear, itemised pricing for the plan we actually recommend, with no obligation to proceed.
Where exactly are you, and is there parking?
We are in Pusat Perdagangan Bandar Bukit Jalil on Persiaran Jalil 7, a short drive from Pavilion Bukit Jalil. There is parking in the building. We are open daily from 10:00am to 8:00pm, including public holidays.
