DDS Bioelectric Meridian Therapy
Meridian technique with a gentle electrical current
DDS pairs the meridian principles of traditional Chinese medicine with a low-intensity electrical current, worked along the body by a trained therapist. It is used to support local circulation and ease areas of held tension, most often across the back, shoulders and legs. The sensation is a mild warmth and tingling rather than anything sharp, and the session is entirely passive.
Warm Detox Treatment
Far infrared (FIR) sauna
Infrared warms the body directly rather than heating the air around it, producing a deep, comfortable sweat at a lower ambient temperature than a conventional sauna. Supports circulation, muscle relaxation and the body's normal elimination pathways. A genuinely pleasant 30 to 40 minutes.
Heat & Magnetic Therapy
Pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy
Combines deep warmth with pulsed electromagnetic fields to encourage circulation and cellular activity in the treated area. Clients commonly use it for persistent muscular aches, stiffness and slow recovery. Comfortable, entirely passive, and performed fully clothed.
Incontinence Treatment
BTL Emsella pelvic floor therapy
High-intensity electromagnetic stimulation prompts thousands of pelvic floor contractions in a single session, work that would be impossible to replicate voluntarily. You remain seated and fully clothed throughout. Commonly chosen after childbirth or with the pelvic floor changes that come with age. A course is normally recommended.
Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Treatment
Enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP)
Cuffs fitted to the calves and thighs inflate and release in sequence, timed to your own heartbeat, to assist the return of blood from the lower limbs. Sessions are designed to support circulation and are often chosen by clients who sit for long periods, travel frequently, or notice heaviness and swelling in the legs. You lie down throughout and the therapy is monitored by our medical team.
